General Questions

What is a salt cave spa?

A salt cave spa is a therapeutic space designed to replicate the microclimate of natural salt caves. It is used for halotherapy (salt therapy), which involves inhaling fine salt particles to promote relaxation, respiratory health, and skin wellness.

How does halotherapy work?

During halotherapy, microscopic salt particles are dispersed into the air. When inhaled, they help cleanse the respiratory system and may improve lung function. The salt also has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

What are the benefits of salt therapy?

Enhances skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc.)

Is salt therapy safe for everyone?

Halotherapy is generally safe for all ages. However, individuals with severe medical conditions, such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, active infections, or chronic kidney disease, should consult their doctor before a session.
